What we offer
Individual training begins with an extensive evaluation that includes strength, functional mobility, stride mechanics, checking for imbalances across the body, speed, and endurance. The evaluation is extremely important as this is the time when a game plan is formulated and then put into action.
Have a small group? Starting with 2 athletes all the way up to full team conditioning, training is available, contact for group rates.
SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE
Not just running specific. Coach Lutz has successfully worked with athletes that play a variety of sports other than distance and mid-distance running, like baseball, football, volleyball and soccer, and has also trained several military candidates to pass their physical fitness requirements. From sport specific training, and functional movement stability, Coach Lutz can provide a high quality experience to athletes that depend on endurance, speed and strength.
