What we offer
Individual training begins with an extensive 90 minute evaluation that includes strength, functional mobility, stride mechanics, checking for imbalances across the body, speed, and endurance. The evaluation is extremely important as this is the time when a game plan is formulated and then put into action.
Lutz Running provides training on an individual scale but also has experience with small group training starting with 2 athletes at a time all the way up to full team conditioning.
SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE
Lutz Running, obviously a running specific title, is an open training platform for all individuals no matter age or experience. Coach Lutz has successfully worked with athletes that play a variety of sports other than distance and mid-distance running ... baseball, football, volleyball and soccer, and has also trained several military candidates to pass their physical fitness requirements. From sport specific training, and functional movement stability, Coach Lutz can provide a high quality experience to athletes that depend on endurance, speed and strength.
