Here is what a day may look like: Daily schedules will vary depending on where we will be doing our morning run.
Morning training runs: Some of the trails we'll run on will be Woody Mtn., Buffalo Park, Urban Trail, Lake Mary Rd. and the A-1.
Afternoon coaches’ corner: group sessions, break out group talks for girls and guys, Q&A with the pros, plus team discussions if you travel to camp with 5 or more members of your school XC team.
We'll also throw in strength, flexibility, recovery, maintenance and nutrition training ... lots of exciting stuff every day! Plus, there will be afternoon runs or some other team activity that gets the heart rate up and gets the competitive juices flowing.

A camp without fun, isn't really much of a camp, so we'll be having a lot of fun, a lot of the time!! We will have team competitions throughout the camp, so bring your competitive juices with you!
